Our annual Best Of Monterey County® Readers Poll is back and better than ever. This is your chance to weigh in and vote for those places, people and services that you think are the best in Monterey County. We've added a few new categories and greatly enhanced the digital voting process. Please read the rules below, then fill in your information and click the "Vote" button to get started.

This year's ballot has drop-down menus to ease voting. The nominees that appear are generally those people and places that received votes last year. It is not a full and complete list of potential vote earners for 2014. To enter a new nominee, select "Write In A New Choice" from the drop-down option, type in your choice which will then go into our pending queue to be approved by editors after a check for spelling and accuracy. Additions will be added as soon as possible (on business days). Thank you.

Vote from your phone or tablet! This year's ballot is mobile friendly. It's still not as easy as voting using a desktop PC, but it's portable and, don't forget, you can stop and resume your ballot at anytime. (Mobile ballot will go live Friday, January 31.)
